You Will Be:
Event planning, management, handling onsite operations and event attendance
Creation of quotations, invoices and proposals
Play an active role in generating leads and contribute to sales efforts
Enquiry management & proposal pitching
Client management
Sourcing and consolidating suppliers and vendors management
Designing & creating event and company collaterals
Website Development, Content creation & social media management
Ad-hoc duties assigned
Training of new hires if any
Our Hiring Process:
Candidates will be required to answer preliminary questions.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a case study to attempt at least 12 hours before their interview.
A 45-minute online interview will be conducted to discuss your:
a) Understand you better with our interview questions & find out your career aspirations
b) Evaluate your fit within our culture
c) Present your case study findings
d) Address any inquiries you might have
In some exceptional cases, a second online interview might be required to gather additional information for the specific role.
Our hiring process typically takes around 5 working days on average, and successful candidates can expect to receive offer letters within a week!
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma and relevant experience in the industry
Intrapreneurial mindset, self-motivated and accountable individuals with the ability to work autonomously
Strong passion for events, sales and marketing, demonstrating enthusiasm for the industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Flexibility to attend events on both weekdays and weekends as needed (Off in Lieu given)
Must possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks and responsibilities
Strong customer service orientation to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of an event, from invitations to post-event evaluations, are handled meticulously
Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or last-minute adjustments during events
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
